In the past few months, hundreds of new providers have shown up to take advantage of the surge in villa demand. The bad stories have started to spread, with misrepresented homes, last minute cancellations, lack of safety protocol and absence of on site support.
Our company has been offering luxury rentals around the globe for the last 27 years – 70% of our inventory is off-market or exclusive. Our success is based on uncompromising responsibility and the following rules:
- We have visited every villa we offer
- We offer a virtual tour of the property, live on Zoom, at the time of contracting
- All of our villa rentals include 24/7 remote concierge assistance
- We control the safety protocol beyond CDC requirements
- All staff use our exclusive Entrsafe app for Covid-19 prevention
- All staff are tested for Covid-19 within 72 hrs of guest check-in
- We work with chefs and butlers vetted by our field service team
- Every villa comes with a curated menu of nearby activities
Besides these unique villa offerings, clients can also hire one of our knowledgeable field service managers to act as their full-time on site concierge. All of our curated experiences can be privatized, and we also include tailored recommendations for stellar restaurants with outdoor and/or private room dining.
